Illustrator for web stopped working on Chromebook

New Here ,
Dec 04, 2023 Dec 04, 2023

I hope this is the right place to post - please point me in the right direction if not.

A few days back Illustrator for Web (beta) stopped working - it was reporting that my browser was unsupported and that perhaps I needed to update to the latest version of Chrome. Sure enough, I went into my Chromebook settings and there was an update available.

I updated to ChromeOS 119.0.6045.192 and restarted, but afterward, I'm still getting the same error.

System details:

Acer Chromebook Spin 713

i7 10th Gen

16GB Ram

Chrome Version 119.0.6045.192

App Version: Illustrator for Web (beta)

Last confirmed date I was able to access it: 24th November 2023

I've moved your post from Adobe Collaboration Experience to Illustrator on the Web (beta) for you.
