How to add gradient to my leaves that i draw in illustrator 2019?

It may be useful to add an image and a descripton of what did not work for you since most of us are not clairvoyant.

Click fill with gradient to add the default black to white, you can then edit in the gradient palette, or in swatches flyout load one of the gradient swatches.
