Hello 

I'm new to AI but I'm looking for information on how to add the font 

BANK GOTHIC MEDIUM 

 

to Ai

any help is appreciated

    Thank you, Anubhav!  I was loading it from my Creative Cloud, which I'm running off my desktop, within the Fonts page.  I got the download from   in a zip file. I opened the download and have two types of files, one a TrueType font file and the other is a OpenType font file. 

     

     

     

     

    I'm pretty sure I got it from dafontfree.com  Is this enough information?

It seems that the Bank Gothic Medium font you’re trying to use isn’t a free font, and downloading it from third-party websites can sometimes lead to corruption issues. I recommend trying to download it from a reputable font foundry or contacting the original foundry to purchase it directly. If you’re still having trouble uploading it to Creative Cloud, you can also try installing the font directly on your device and using it in Illustrator from there.

    I'm not quite sure if Bank Gothic is a freefont.

      I'm also new to Creative Cloud community so I'm learning. I've got the font I want to add on my computer but when I download it I get a "Failed to process file" error. Is there another step I'm missing?
