Adobe Fireworks Replacement

Community Beginner ,
Dec 06, 2019 Dec 06, 2019

Hello Adobe Community,

I used to rely heavily on Fireworks to easily bring layered illustrator files to Photoshop and retain all the vector editability but since Mac Os is abandoning 32bit apps, I'm left in the dark. Is there any other equivalent solution to this? Adobe or otherwise?  I mean other that the painful traditional methods?

Thanks.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd suggest to look into the similar discussion here on the community:

Hope it helps.

Regards,

You may follow Ashutoshs recommendation and I know that my comment is somewhat worthless, but I dare say: It was a terrible mistake from Adobe to abandon Fireworks at all.

It was the most deliberate application from Macromedia and in my eyes there is no real equivalent currently.

Of course, there is Photoshop, but it doesn't make it as Fireworks would do.
