Adobe Illustrator cc 2020 or 2018 not getting Installed.

I have following Hardware : AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 graphics ; 12 GB RAM ; 64 Bit Operating System, X64-based processor.

Everytime I try 2018 or 2020 version of illustrator it displays error.

Is it due to the Processor ?

Please help.

I just came to know that my window version is 1511 which is lesser version than recommended 1803 and above. So thank you once again for ur kind support.. I will try and installed as recommended and then try to install it all over again .

I have Windows 10Pro 64bit installed on my laptop(KOU408GB).

12GB RAM,

Error code (as displayed on laptop is)  : 195

 

Plz help me in this regards.

 

Plz find the attached photo of exact error message displayed herewithError: 195 as displayed on PC.Error: 195 as displayed on PC.

It says you need to update your Windwos to higher than 1803 - which version is yours?
