Adobe illustrator CS5.1 has Stopped Working

Dear Adobe Team,

i am facing a problem with adobe illustrator cs5.1 when open the file. it is showing en error illustrator cs5.1 has stopped working.i have already uninstall and reinstall the software but no help. so i request you please suggest what can i do, my illustrator working fine. i am waiting for your solutions.
