If it is urgent, can you try Photoshop? Open the .ai or copy paste as smart object.

Which version?

Which system?

Exactly what do you want to export exactly how and exactly where?

Can you export a simple new file of the same size?

well ive tried that. creating a new file and copying my asset to a new file, but it I get the same error. The problem occur in v25.01 and tried to downgrade to v25 and I still get the error. I wanted to export in a .png I tried it in jpeg, both doesn't work.
