    Hi Dan,

If I get it, all three apps (AI, ID and PS) are not launching and getting stuck at the splash screen?  Were they working fine earlier? Is it a new install? Please restart your computer once and then check.

    Regards,

    Om

    • Check  Adobe Creative Cloud App is running, and are there any errors coming from that.
    • Check  Adobe Acrobat is functioning  and installed.

If those 2 apps are running good then:

    RESET CLOUD OOBE

    Mac

Quit Illustrator & Creative Cloud (go to cloud icon on top right, click on gear icon, quit)

Mac Finder >> Shift Command G

    enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

Move your OOBE folder somewhere (eg: desktop)

    Windows

    Exit Creative Cloud app

remove the opm.db file located here: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    RESET CLOUD CACHE MAC

    Finder >> Command+Shift+G

    ~/Library/Caches/CloudKit/

    Trash: CloudKitMetadata, CloudKitMetadata-shm, CloudKitMetadata-wal

Thanks, I rebooted in safe mode. Then rebooted again. It's working for now.

I've had no problems until this week. Now lots of restarting.
