Average color picker

In Inkscape when you use the color picker and hold mouse and drag it creates a circle and when you release the mouse, the average of all the colors in the circle is what you get. Is there a way to do this in illustrator (getting the average of multiple colors in a circle using the color picker)?

I think the closest you can get is using the eyedropper to give a 5x5 average sample, so really no, I don't think there's a direct analogue.
