Can't copy the objects. There isn't enough memory. ID: -108
I'm suddenly receiving this error message when using Illustrator: "Can't copy the objects. There isn't enough memory. ID: -108"
I may have deleted a relevant Illustrator file by mistake during a recent duplicate file purge. Or, I may have deleted another type of file that was put into quarantine using one of my virus programs. I don't know enough about these things to know for sure. But, I've been searching all over the internet and support forums for ways to handle this specific error message and cannot find a solution, or a meaning for that matter.
It appears that this error message will only pop up when I attempt to copy text. If I outline the text, I can copy it without issue. And, as far as I can tell, there are no other issues with Illustrator. I use Illustrator CC (2015.3) (v 20.1.0) and it is up to date. Oh, and there are no other issues with my Windows 8.1 system as far as I can tell. Thank you in advance to anyone who can offer some insight. I really appreciate it!
