Can´t install Ai - Error Code 176

I want to install the testversion of Ai but it stops always after 3 seconds loading.

I already changed the network location and tried a few things but nothing helped.

So i hope you can help me guys, thanks a lot for your support!!!

Exactly where do you want to install it?

Windows 7 - 64 bit - 8 GB RAM

There is also enough storage space.

I want to install it on my laptop, on the local storage space and i have also tried to install it on an extern storage space too but it didn´t function.

No that also don´t work.

I installed already Premiere Pro from Adobe, that was no problem!

If you are installing Illustrator CC 2018 on Windows 7 you must make sure that Service Pack 1 is installed on your OS.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps delete all files on behalf of the administrator, one file may not be deleted, this is normal. Start installing the program. Everything will be installed immediately
