Hi -

I have an adobe illustrator file that I want to make into a flat PDF. I have flattened all the layers in Adobe Illustrator and saved as a PDF. However, everytime I attempt to print the PDF it tells me it is flattening document, which makes printing take a lot longer. How do I get this to stop?

Hi Libby,

While saving PDFs make sure you are selecting PDF/X-1a:2001 in order to get flatten PDF.
