Can you Customize the Home Screen?

I have a handful of Customized Templates that I use so I am wondering if I can replace the generic new documents

      And also a tab for FAVOURITES (this is more Indesign for me but for all Adobe programs) where I can book mark documents I need to access less frequently than the top 20 RECENTS but on an ongoing relatively regular basis.

      Has there been any progress / updates on this? This would be a great feature for all adobe programs.
