Change transform pivot point possible? (Blender style)

Hi folks,

Could anyone tell me if there is any way to change the transform pivot point? (Blender style)

Do you have a graph?

Or a "normal" path?

For paths activate the tool you want. [Alt] + LMB-Click will set the new "transform pivot point"
