I am interesting in to create a stucco, like this.

I can do the 3d stucco, but I can not make the pattern on it.

Can anyone help me?

Don't be foolish. This is a 3D visualisation. Re-creating even this simple example in AI would take hours and days. You are completely looking in the wrong place.

This takes me 5 min to do in ai.

So I thought the pattern can be make in ai too.

I'm sure it is possible in ai, or in ps.

Possible. Of course. But it will take you days if not weeks to do it. And you won't be able to make easy changes or change the lighting. Or change the angle of view.

3D in Illustrator is an Effect that will take the entire image and will extrude it or revolve it. Do you want to create the pattern as well? You might want to look into 3D in PS or Bevel and Emboss filter in PS. Here is an eefect in AI but for sure I will go with Bevel and Emboss in PS can make a 3D symbol but it is not going to look embossed.
