You may talk with your printer (printing, that's what you need a Bleed for) and very likely suggest you to add a margin of 3 mm (9-10pt) or up to 5mm.

Bleed adds an external margin, for allowing any little rror when trimming or cutting the printed sheet to the final size of your pages.

If you have objects or pictures that touch the current borders or margins, it is advisable you move them out to the bleed margin.

Actually, I've designed BIFOLD BROCHURE. So, If I apply Bleed on whole ARTWORK, would it "0.25" inch or 0.5 inch on both pages?

Bleed defines a safe area for trimming errors. if you placed two artboards close together or not, the bleed area should always be the same: 1/4".

If you are doing a two sided brochure that will be folded on the center, you don't need 4 artboards, just two. One for the front side, twice its width, and another for the back (inner side) twice its folded width too. Just draw a vertical centered guide.

Red Bleed lines and guides are visible only, do not print.

Draw a vertical line across the center of the artboard and convert it to Guide (Ctrl+5), lock it.
