CTRL+ = (ou CTRL+ +)

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis 2 jours, le raccourci clavier "CTRL + =" (qui équivaut à "CTRL+ +"), permettant de zoomer, ne fonctionne plus. La fonction "CTRL + -", elle, fonctionne toujours. Je n'ai changé aucun paramètre. Je suis allée jusqu'à désinstaller le logiciel et les préférences, puis à le réinstaller. Aucun changement.

A quoi cela est-il dû ? Une erreur de la dernière MAJ ? Est-ce que je dois faire une manipulation ? Si oui, laquelle ?

Le soucis a disparu de lui-même, peut-être grâce à une mise à jour (Logiciel ou système..?).

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Does it not work with a specific document or all? Have you tried using the keyboard shortcut on other Adobe apps?
