Custom-size 3D box

I need to create a custom-size 3D box in Illustrator for a package design: 5.825" wide x 5.625" tall x 1.85" deep. Think in terms of a case for a 4-CD boxed set. I can approximate the size in 3D effects in Illustrator, but would like to be more precise. Also, not having much luck getting realistic perspective. Help, please.
