dell xps 13 illustrator 2021 not working

Question

Facing serious malfunctions with Illustrator 2021 on laptop Dell xps 13.

After updating from 2020 to 2021, it went slow. Pen Tool was acting funny with line appearing or dissapearing here and there. Some weird numbers appearing on the artboard. But it was working at least..

Today it is imposible to work at all.

Any action (simply moving object, copy pasting or ANYTHNG) makes it go black screen (not responding) after which action could be performed or not at all.

Im devastated... Restarting computer does not help.
