Downloading Free Trial Error

I am trying to download a free trial (AI) and every time it says the trial is expired. I think someone else on the same computer has used a trial but we have different Adobe log ins.

I have uninstalled the adobe applications yet it still is not allowing me to use this trial.

Olivia,

Failed trials are (almost) impossible to remedy, I am afraid. But:

A trial for an individual application and for the whole Creative Cloud are separate/independent.

So if you had an AI trial, you may start a full CC trial, or the opposite.
