Error 213:4

i updated my windowns 10 to the latest version and my illustrator gives me error 213:4. I've tried all the workaround for error 213:xx but nothing works.

What is is the solution?

Yesterday error 213 suddenly appeared. Tried all the workarounds in this thread - even reinstalling my CS5.5 and the error still appears. Anyone else have an ideas on how to fix this?

What OS are you running? It's likely you're beyond the lifetime of CS5.5.

it didn’t work. i have reinstalled and the problem is still there.
