Acrobat and InDesign generate QR codes off the bat and they can easily be exported from there to be placed in Illustrator. That said, it sounds like you might want to invest in some specific software/ plug-in that does this in bulk and doesn't involve any of the Adobe programs.

Thanks, Sir Actually I need to Generate QR code from the data I have and insert it my PS file keeping the file size as low as possible. I am searching for alternatives. I found QRencode but it creates QR code in EPS from 8KB to 12 KB. It also generate QR code in PNG with size of 1 KB. I am looking for how could i use that PNG in my PS now if it keeps my file size low

Regards

Your thread title says you need EPS and now you want it as PNG  ... can you please be precise as to what you want?

And how do you create your PostScript code?

Just some sentences are far from enough for complex workflow discussions.

I understand your need. The PNG has more effective compression and smaller header. EPS files often have fixed header of hundreds of Kb, this is very small. I suggest you contact the maker of this software to see if they can provide you with a single PS header and header-free PostScript, and perhaps use Flate compression on the image data. If the price is right many software companies (but not those the size of Adobe) will quote for custom work.

I should add: the minimum size of IIllustrator EPS is very large.

Thanks Sir, I have generated QR EPS file using free tool QRencode. This QR code file is fully compatible with my Post script file.

I can easily insert this QR code in my Ps file without any error.

Is there anything further which I could overall reduce the size of my ps file or QR file or the combined file.

Here is the sample

Dropbox - QR Sample-2.7z

Thank you sir
