How can I access Benguiat typeface with AI CS5? (Editing logo)

Hi, I have a logo I need to update in AI CS5. It was created with Benguiat. It appears I could access it through Adobe if I had CC. Is there a way to download and install it for CS5? If I have to purchase it, what is a reliable site where I won't run the risk of malware. Any assistance is very much appreciated. Note: this is a favor for a friend and I do not want to "use up" my CC trial month on this. Is there any other way?
