How can i create center line for this type of icon

Hi, i have some icons that i have downloaded they are too bulky, i want to make them thinner.

How can i be able control them with stroke with, is there a wat to find/create center line for tose type of objects?

I did find sort of solution to this.

its not perfect but it works.

Add Stroke > Expand > Pathfinder Divide > Copy Shape

If these shapes make up one continuous compound path, try Object > Path > Offset Path and use a negative value.

I suppose the strokes are outlined?

Did you try: Effect > Path > Offset Path and use a negative value?

Expand Appearance and Pathfinder > Trim can clean it up.

Hi, thanks for replying

I did tried it but its hard to match all of the to the same thickness...

i have like 7-9 of them to make.

In the end i will trace all of them by hand if needed. but it takes so much time...
