How To Disable Outlines

So I am pretty new to this program Adobe Illustrator, and I was experimenting with a logo I was making. While I was trying to create an offset path, I accidentally clicked Outline Stroke. Everything I've tried to disable is with has not worked, and I really want to disable these outlines because I have been working on this for a couple of hours.
