How to get an interactive map made in illustrator and DC pro on website?

Hello,

For a client I've made an interactive map of the city. First I drew the map in Illustrator and placed pins in it. Then I made it into a form using DC Pro, with hovers that pop up when the mouse comes into the area. It works great on my laptop, but when I try to send it to my client, all the hovers dissapear.

Goal is to get it running on their website.

Who can give some advice? The website is made with WordPress, so maybe I need a special plugin?
