aia file will be opened on illustrator as text file.

From actions panel menu> load actions or replace actions

It works, but I cannot import aia-files. It opens it as weird text after dragging this kind of file to illustrator.

You will have to make sure that the .aia file is installed in the right place. (Apps/Adobe Illustrator/Presets/eu_US/Actions)

Then use the flyout menu (upper right) from the Action panel to Load Action and select the .aia you want.
