How to Paste as a plain text?

Hi, how can I paste in Illustrator text without the formatting?

I need to fast paste as a plain text with some shortcut or similar trick.

Maybe (too) far from what is bearable, but how about pasting into a plain text editor, then copy from that?

What formatting? All text in Illustrator is formatted.

Set up a paragraph style, or change the default font set up (you'll need to edit the default profile you use in New Document Profiles)

No, it doesn't work in Illustrator.

Try the generic shortcut for pasting text without formatting

Cmd+Shift+V //MAC

Ctrl+Shift+V //Win
