How to Straighten up Expanded warped text ?

Hi,

I have an Arced text that has been expanded, I am trying to make  the letters taller but don't want to do it one at the time.

is there anyway I can straighten up the rounded text so I can edit it later?

Always save a copy of the (original) artwork before destroying it so you can go back and start over.

unfortunately it was a provided artwork and no original text or font was available.

It looks more like outlined Path Type to me.

Maybe you should just try to find and get the original font and start over.

Difficult to say. It can be raster also. More info needed. Layer structure or Appearance Panel when object is selected.

Thank you everyone, I just wanted to know if there is a way in general to straighten up the arched text ,which as Monika said, there is not.(yet).

If it type on Path you need to chose path with Direct selection and straighten path,

If it is warped text with Text Warp Option you have to select Edit Content icon from Control Panel and resize all text.
