I can not turn off the effect outer glow !

It's normal ?

I do not see it even in the appearence panel.

HELP !!!

Look in the Layers panel.

It is not an effect anymore, but an image.

Probably from a file saved as an older version.

This is what i see when i twirl down the arrow of the stroke.

Your appearance panel says no selection, select the item first.

If you still have trouble, there might be an outer glow/blur at the group or layer level.

I can't find any outer glow applied to a group or a layer.

And also when the track is selected i can not find any options to glow effect

Twirl down the Stroke and the Fill in the Appearance panel. It is possible that's tucked in there.
