My problem is I can't click any menu buttons on the home page of  Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 (please look at the pictures) I don't know why but on the task manager it doesn't show the programs that is not responding. And I also tried to reinstall it many times but it didn't work. And I can't close it as well, I have to use Task Manager to close the program.

    Hi PONGPOL,

    Thanks for sharing the video.

I would request you to please try resetting preferences for Illustrator. (According to the video are on windows system)

    • Close all Adobe applications.
    • Go to Locations C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and.
    • Delete Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.
    • Launch Illustrator from the creative cloud.

    Regards

Did you already reboot and reset the preferences?

If you have any special devices connected, or plugins installed, did you uninstall those to rule out that they were causing it?

In Preferences > General try and check "Legacy New document dialog box"

    Does it work?
