I get two cursors when I use the brush tool

When I use the brush tool in the 2018 version I get the regular brush cursor (image of paint brush) and then below the regular cursor is a small circle as well... idk why this is happening and how can i remove it! It's also acting very clunky and not as smooth as the old 2017 brush version.

Another problem unrelated to this is that I don't get any pressure option anymore with my wacom tablet and I re-installed all the drivers and did everything i could to fix it... the 2017 seems like an upgrade compared to the 2018 version right now 😕😕 Thanks for anyone that can help
