Illustrator CC Causing High CPU Usage

Hello,

I just updated my CC software to the 2017 versions.  Before this, I have been having problems with high cpu usage due to Adobe CEP HTML Engine running in the background when Illustrator is open.  I tried the Adobe fix here: High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine , but it only helped temporarily.  I thought the update would fix this issue.  It is much worse when Illustrator is open.

Since I've updated, the programs are running slower than they were before.  With Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign open, there are at least 10 to 15 instances of Adobe CEP HTML engine running in the background seen in task manager.  This has only been a problem within the last couple of months.  Is there any fix for this?

Thank you.
