When defining a color using the color picker from the bottom of the tool set (left side) the numbers occasionally do not match the color defined in the "Color" window. Please see the attached file.
As Jacob said, I am afraid you are simply looking at rounding.
When you enter RGB values in a CMYK document you will get rounding when converting values between 0 - 255 to values between 0 - 100%.
Enter RGB values in an RGB document and CMYK in a CMYK document.

I don't think that's relevant Jacob. A color break is a color break. The numbers that define a color should not change depending on which window displays the color.
