You shouldn't have upgraded your system.

CS6 is not (fully) compatible with High Sierra. Has never been officially tested and will never be. If you want to keep using legacy software, keep a legacy system as well.

The problem with trying to use old software on a new system is that it absolutely cannot be counted on. The fact that you got it to work for two days is amazing since even CC 2017 had difficulty working with High Sierra. There is really nothing that will fix this problem other than trying to roll back your OS (which is next to impossible on a Mac and Yosemite—which is the last OS to support CS6—may not even be installable on your Mac) or getting a Creative Cloud subscription and upgrading to CC 2018 (which is a far more practical solution). The latter option is your only real chance for long-term reliability.
