Illustrator doesnt recognize my Ugee Tablet Pen

I am using an Ugee tablet, and am successful at drawing in photoshop but not illustrator. I can't get Illustrator to recognize the tablet pen at all. Its not a pressure issue. Even the interface doesnt respond. And Illustrator crashes when I attempt to draw.

I have the up to date driver for my Tablet. When I installed the Wacom driver on top of it, the pen was not recognized.

The driver you are using is the one dated May 4, 2018? Have you tried contacting Ugee as they request?

Also what is the monitor setup you are running? You may need to drop one of the existing monitors or possibly lower the resolution to get things to work right.

Have you checked the Ugee website for the most recent version of the driver?
