illustrator: el cursor se queda parpadeando

Hola, me acabo de instalar la versión de prueba de Adobe Creative Cloud para probarla (sobre todo para ver si corre bien en mi ordenador), he probado Photoshop y Indesign; y funciona correctamente. Pero con Illustrator cuando creo un documento el cursor se queda con  el circunferencia azul parpadeando (como cuando se queda esperando) y no puedo abrir los menus de las barras de herramientas.

Mi equipo es un ASUS A555L PROCESADOR: intel core i7-4510U RAM 12 GB HD 1TB Tarjeta grafica de NVDIA GeForce 820M.

Sistema operativo Windows 10 x64

¿Sabe alguien del foro como solucionarlo?

    Srishti, Thanks for your help.

    But I have been able to solve the problem. The trial version that was

    installed was updated and the problem was corrected.

    Now it works perfectly.

    Hi miguela,

    As per your query, after you launch Illustrator it opens but still, there is a blue circle and you can not use any key or click any tool?

    Looks like you are using Windows System, please make sure that your system does not have an adware named "Web Companion" by LAVASOFT

    Please go to programs and features and check for this "Web Companion" by LAVASOFT, if it is there please close all your applications and uninstall it.

    Also, try resetting preferences manually

    Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and delete Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings and Adobe Illustrator folders

    Launch Illustrator from Creative Cloud.
