Probably not, because you can't install a current operating system on it. Please check which operating system can be installed on it.

The issue is that you can only download the current Illustrator version and one version back.

You will not be able to install CC2019 and CC2020 being provided by Adobe. Please go for an upgraded machine for the Adobe Illustrator installation. You may also check out system requirements of Illustrator on https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html
