Hi Im new to this program but I want to know is there a way to get the illustrator design to work with the mozaik software so I can use its G-Code to cut or is there a simpler way to transfer it to a Castaly CNC Router without any hiccups

Hi,

I don't use mozaik software, but I export the AI file to *.dxf and import that into my CNC router. I've also use the same workflow with a vinyl cutter.

In the current version (you didn't indicate what version you're running) of Illustrator, it's under Export > Export As...

Then choose AutoCAD Interchange File (*.DXF) from the Export dialog's Save as type: menu.
