Keyboard Increments not corresponding to set increment amount

Not sure whats going on with illustrator but the increment is set to .000001 inches and when I move shapes around with the arrow keys they arent moving at the .000001 in increment they are moving more like .001 in increment

 

Ive tried restarting the program. I checked the snap to pixel is selected. not sure what the dealio is!

    I have the same issue and my snap to pixel is OFF. No idea how to fix this.

    Does anybody can help?

    Maybe Snap to grid is on?

    Well, basically enabling Snap to Pixel is your main issue in that case.

     

    Disable it.

    My guess is that the keyboard increments cannot go as small as you are entering. What you are entering is asking for one millionth of an inch. No one could possibly see a movement that small.
