Libraries are automatically created

Sorry for my question...

but it happens that libraries are created automatically by illustrator. It is exhausting to be erasing libraries every week.

I don't know if I do something wrong. Could you help me?

If you're talking about swatches being added to CC libraries, there's a checkbox in the new swatch dialogue box that should remain off if you untick it.

When you create a new color swatch, it depends on what you selected previously.

If Add to my Library was checked, it will be checked the next time.

If no CC libraries are open or active, and you create a new color swatch, it will add it to a New My Library

If CC libraries are active, you can choose a Library

If you Uncheck the Add to my Library checkbox it will not add to or create a new library next time.
