Manipulating type in full justification

Hi,

I would like the width of this paragraph and font size to stay as it is, but make it fit in a way that there isn't all that space in the third line, without overly increasing the tracking too much. I've tried a lot of different options, but nothing has worked. Do you think word spacing will help? Any other suggestions?

    I believe the happiest Paragraph solution would be Justify with last line aligned to center.

    Umm, really? How do you hope to stretch out from 40% line coverage to full width without it ever looking ridiculous? This will never work. In such cases one really would leave it aligned normally without forced justification.
