No pencil tool, even in the new shaper tool

Hi,

So my adobe panel is still not showing any pencil tool. I read in the earlier chats that there is one hidden in the new shaper tool, but mine does not show that option also.

    And you don't have a Brush tool, try to reset Preferences or re-install Illustrator.

    THere's an empty space on the toolbar. That does not look right. Any error messages when you launched? When did you last restart the computer?

    Try pressing your N key. It's the keyboard shortcut for the Pencil.

    OR you can click and hold on the Shaper tool to uncover the pencil tool to select it. (See screenshot below.)
