Hi,

If opening a SVG document in Adobe Illustrator, i have to change the document color mode from RGB color to CMYK color.

This has to be done for all the SVG files.

Is there somewhere a setting to change this.

The SVG file do not show the lines in RGB mode.

Thnx for your help

Michael

Do you need to save them as CMYK SVG?

The SVG standard allows this, but Illustrator can't do it.

The problem is opening the SVGs is standard in RGB then the file looks strange.

Your example looks like a converted engineering model (which perhaps, as a matter of workflow design, didn't have to be saved as SVG in the first place). What is the source of the SVG files, and how/why was that format chosen?
