pathfinder Subtracting doesn't work properly

Hi,

I ripping my hear off over Ai again. Why subtracting is so comlicated or what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to mage a grunge stamp and this is the result after clicking Minus in pathfinder panel:

The logo is grouped together into one object and above it is a texture:
