Plugin and CANT error

Hi, I have just download Illustrator CC 2018 today and when I opened the program, it was "naked". No toolbars, etc.

During the launch, it also said few errors like plugins cannot be download and CANT error.

I have tried deleting preferences and that didn't work. Please help!

Looks like an installation error.

Please uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall.

Did you turn off your antivirus when installing?

I didn't turn off my antivirus when I installed it. Should I have turned it off?

And thank you for the tips, I will try that now and update you the outcome. Hopefully it will work.

Usually you have to turn off antivirus before installing.

The method didn't work, sadly. Is there a reason why? I've also downloaded Photoshop CC right after that and it works just fine. Do you have any other tips?
