Problemi con plug in CutPlotCC2014 per taglio con plotter GRAPHTEC

Ho questo problema dopo aver scaricato illustrator 2019.

Possiedo un plotter da taglio Graphtec e da quanto ho scaricato la nuova versione di illustrator non ho più trovato i collegamenti che mi permettono di inviare il mio file .ai direttamente al plotter per il taglio. Ho fatto anche un ulteriore aggiornamento del programma di taglio del mio plotter ma il problema permane. Mi viene fuori una finestrella pop up in illustrato che indica un errore di caricamento del plug-in. Qualcuno sa risolvere il mio problema? Grazie mille

Sorry to hear about this. I would request if you can check with plugin manufacturer to confirm if the plugin is compatible with Illustrator 2019 or not?

per poter utilizzare plugin CutPlotCC2014 devo usare la versione precedente di Illustrator 2018…

Ma a chi compete il problema di plug-in CutPlotCC2014? Adobe o Graphtec?

Come posso risolvere il problema con plug in CutPlotCC2014 per taglio con plotter GRAPHTEC in illustrator 2019?

Hi Viola,

As I mentioned above, this is a third party plugin and there is no information available online about this. Please contact GRAPHTEC to confirm if the version you have is compatible with Illustrator CC 2019 or not? If not, it will not work with Illustrator 2019.

Ciao, purtroppo no.

Ho risolto facendo così: lavoro con illustrator 2019 e poi per tagliare con cutting master4 apro il file con illustrator 2018... Non è  comodo ma almeno funziona...

Ho chiesto soluzione a graphtec ma non mi ha mai risposto...

io pure ho ai.2018 e lo uso pero non funzione ,anche io ho chiesto aiuto scrivendo mezzora fa a graphtec , vediamo cosa rispondono .

la mia soluzione e che il file lo apro su corel draw un altro programma .
