"The operation cannot complete because of unknown error [CANT]"

Question

Hey Dear,I find an issue in it.I got an error " The operation cannot complete because of unknown error [CANT]" and this is the same issue with every version of illustrator. I used illustrator from 2019 and it's worked perfectly before installation of 2021 and after that I got an error of every versions. If I resolved this issue from common file and change its UXP to 00UXP then I got a problem in photoshop and premier as well. Kindly anyone give me a proper solution of this issue. I am waiting your kind response. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as you can. and give me the proper feedback.NoumanNoumanshahid001@gmail.com

Hi Nouman,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd suggest you to use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the existing installation of Adobe apps & install them again once done.
