Simplify menu change?

It looks like the simplify menu has changed. Is there a way to revert to older version? I am trying to follow along with a tutorial.

    You have to revert to the old version. They completely removed the prior functionality and ruined many people's workflows.

    Simplify has changed in the new version.

    Click the 3 dots on the right to see more options.

    More options, but not useful options. Impossible to 'simplify' without removing 80% of all nodes. The tool's behavior has been completely changed in this version, so clicking on the three dots does not get even close to the legacy behavior.
