Struggling with Pathfinder Merge

I am struggling with Adobe illustrator CC 2018 when I use merging in pathfinder it divide or cut the some objects how can I fix it?

It before I merg using pathfinder

Merge is going to remove strokes and combine objects with the same fill (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/combining-objects.html)

 

You might have better luck using the Shape Builder tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/creating-shapes-shape-builder-tool.html)
